The invention relates to a corner profile system for the design of the transition between a wall and the floor or the ceiling, with a base profile and a cover strip held by the base profile, wherein at least one cable duct is formed in the base profile.
There are already corner profile systems or baseboards known which are used in addition to the design of the transition between the floor and the wall for cable management. However, the receiving cross-section for cables is usually limited, since in particular in the living area corner profile systems or baseboards are preferred with the smallest possible cross-section. Due to the advancing development of home electronics, however, there is a desire to have larger channel cross-sections available to accommodate a wide variety of supply and signal lines.
From DE 20 2004 003 976 Ul a baseboard is known in this context, which consists of a fastening strip and a snap-in cover profile, wherein the fastening strip completes the transition between finished floor and plaster of the wall, the fastening strip has two upwardly open profile sections, soft are each formed for receiving a cable. In the cover profile, a roof profile of different design can be used detachably.
From DE 202 00 446 Ul a profile rail system is known, which consists of a wall-mountable base rail with L-shaped cross section with a horizontal leg to cover the edge joint and a vertical leg for wall mounting. On the base rail a skirting board can be plugged, wherein on the base rail and on the skirting in one another latchable webs are formed. Individual of the webs of the base rail are shaped such that one or more cable channels are formed for receiving electrical lines.
Furthermore, from DE 195 16 277 Al a skirting is known, which is designed as a cable channel for receiving electrical devices (such as plugs, etc.) and consists of a wall-mounted base profile, which has a plurality of receptacles for guiding cables by longitudinal Partitions are divided. In a middle channel, the electrical fittings can be attached. The cable duct is very voluminous and therefore does not meet the aesthetic requirements in the living area. - 2 -
The object of the invention is to improve a corner profile system for the design of the transition between a wall and the floor or between wall and ceiling such that the largest possible cross-section is provided for cable management and yet an aesthetic appearance is guaranteed.
This object is achieved in that the base profile has a cable duct receiving base portion which is arranged in the mounted state of the base profile below the finished floor level or above the finished deck level. Thus, essential parts of the profile system can be laid, for example, below the finished floor level, so that here sufficient cross sections for the cable management can be provided. This applies both to the transition area between the wall and the floor, as well as to the area between wall and ceiling.
According to the invention, the base profile has a holding section which lies above the finished floor level or below the finished ceiling level in the installed state of the basic profile and is designed to receive the cover strip (skirting board in the floor area or trim strip in the ceiling area). As a cover strip, for example, a flat or on the visible side arbitrarily profiled wooden strip (solid wood or veneer) can be used.
It is particularly advantageous if the cover strip or skirting board can be inserted into the holding section of the basic profile. An adaptation of the baseboards to furnishings completely eliminated by it.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the base portion of the base profile on a support or take-off strip, which serves as a drain strip of a subfloor construction, such as a screed layer or as a support bar for supporting the finished floor or the finished ceiling. In contrast to the known profile systems, the system according to the invention can be mounted in the corner between unfinished concrete floor and uncoated wall, after which the support or withdrawal strip, for example as a trigger edge for the screed layer, can be used.
Furthermore, the holding section of the basic profile according to the invention on a trigger edge for a plaster layer on which the wall plaster can be removed.
Further advantages of the corner profile system according to the invention are explained in the exemplary embodiments illustrated by way of example only. Showing: - 3 -

Fig. 9, the corner profile system according to the invention for the design of the transition between a wall and the ceiling in a sectional view.
The corner profile system according to the invention for the design of the transition between a wall 10 and the floor 11 is explained in more detail in FIGS. The corner profile system consists essentially of a base profile 1 and a cover strip 2 held by the base profile (in this case skirting board), wherein at least one cable guide channel 3 is formed in the base profile 1.
The main innovation is that the base profile 1 has a cable channel 3 receiving base portion 4, which is invisible below the finished floor level 5 in the assembled state of the base profile 1 and therefore can be equipped with a correspondingly large cross-section.
In the illustrated example, the floor 11 or its construction consists of the unprocessed floor 12 (eg concrete ceiling), a screed layer 13 and the finished floor level 5 forming parquet floor 14. By the displacement of a substantial part of the profile cross section of the base profile 1 below the Fertrgboden levels 5 stands a large-volume cable duct 3 available, which can take on a variety of tasks in the field of energy supply and signal line in the living or office area.
The base region 4 of the basic profile 1 has a support or deduction strip 6, which serves as a draw-off strip of a subfloor construction, for example the screed - 4 -
Layer 13, serves. Between the base profile 1 and the screed layer 13, an insulating strip 21 is arranged.
Furthermore, the base profile 1 has a holding section 7, which lies in the mounted state of the base section 1 above the finished floor level 5 and is designed to receive the cover strip 2.
In the example shown, the Haiteabschnitt 7 of the base profile 1 on a trigger edge 9 for a applied to the wall 10 plaster layer 19. The cover strip 2 can be putzeben so easily inserted into the holding section 7 of the base profile 1, wherein in the region of the trigger edge 9, a shadow gap 22 may be formed. However, the corner profile system is also suitable for surface plaster attachment, wherein the trigger edge 9 can be omitted.
For fastening the cover strip or baseboard 2 can be snapped into the holding portion 7 retaining clip 23 (see FIG. 4) may be provided, which engages with resilient projections 24, 25 in corresponding longitudinal grooves 26, 27 of the cover strip 2. The corresponding assembly step is shown in Fig. 2.
With a corresponding profiling of the rear side of the cover strip 2, at least one additional cable channel 8 can be arranged in the holding section 7 of the base profile 1.
After installation, there is a visually appealing solution, which can also be positioned directly on the wall furniture without difficulty by the plaster plane attachment of the skirting board.
Preferably, the support or drain strip 6 is designed as a removable profile part, which is attachable to the base profile 1 or placed. In the example shown, the base profile 1 has a longitudinal groove 28 into which a retaining leg 29 of the drawbar 6 can be inserted. The removable profile part can be removed so as to introduce the cable 31, which facilitates the cable assembly significantly.
According to the invention, the support or draw-off strip 6 may have a cover leg 30 which runs parallel to the finished floor 14 or the finished ceiling 16 and which has recesses 32 for receiving electrical installations, such as switches, plugs, lighting means 33 (see FIG. 5), etc.
Furthermore, in accordance with the invention, in the holding section 7 of the base section 1 or on the cover strip 2 fastened in the holding section 7, electrical installations, such as
Switch 34, 35, plug, light bulbs, etc. attached or installed (see Fig. 5).
As shown in FIG. 6, in the base region 4 of the basic profile 1, connection points 36 for cable ducts 37 running in the floor or ceiling construction can be formed. The base profile 1 consists of interconnectable rod-shaped elements 38 and corner elements 39, 40. In detail, an inner corner 39 and in FIG. 8 an outer corner 40 is shown in FIG. At the connection points of the corner elements 39, 40 finger-like tabs 41 are arranged, on which the rod-shaped elements 38 can be attached.
In Fig. 9, the corner profile system according to the invention for the design of the transition between a wall 10 and the ceiling 18 is explained in more detail. The corner profile system here also consists essentially of a base profile 1 and a cover strip 2 held by the base profile (in this case terminating or decorative strip), a cable guide channel 3 being formed in the base profile 1. In the area between the precast ceiling 16 and the raw ceiling 17, cables leaving the cable channel 3 can lead to persons in the ceiling, smoke detectors, etc.
The base portion 4 of the base profile 1 has a support bar 6, which serves to support the finished ceiling 16. The basic profile 1 can be mounted directly in the corner between the unpainted wall 10 and the raw ceiling 17.
